CSS steht f\u00fcr Copper Stranded Screen, einen Kabeltyp f\u00fcr die Signal\u00fcbertragung, der Kupferlitzen mit einem Schirmgeflecht zur Abschirmung kombiniert. USS hingegen steht f\u00fcr Unshielded Shielded Cable (ungeschirmtes, abgeschirmtes Kabel), das \u00fcber ein Geflecht oder eine Folie als Abschirmung verf\u00fcgt, aber keinen Kupferlitzenkern hat. CSS steht f\u00fcr Centralized Supervisory System, ein netzwerkbasiertes System, das die Fern\u00fcberwachung und -steuerung von elektrischen Verteilungssystemen erm\u00f6glicht. USS hingegen steht f\u00fcr Uninterruptible Static Switch (unterbrechungsfreier statischer Schalter), ein Ger\u00e4t, das bei einem Ausfall der prim\u00e4ren Stromversorgung eine nahtlose Ersatzstromversorgung gew\u00e4hrleistet.
